I grew up in real estate with both parents working as local agents. After gaining a Bachelor of Business and working in marketing, I have now been in real estate for over 9 years. My parents, Ron and Lenore Sieber, have inspired me to succeed and always do my best. I have learnt from them what it takes to be in this business long-term: integrity, hard work and excellent customer service. I understand that to be in this business for a long time, you need to treat all clients with courtesy and respect and do the right thing by them.

With long-term goals in mind, I have focussed strongly on my established clients providing them with regular market up-dates, vouchers from local businesses and information seminars. My business has been built on client referrals and repeat clients, with over 65% of property listings now coming from this source.

My focus is on providing the best service and experience for my selling clients. Negotiation is my specialty, especially having grown up with real estate agent parents. I have undertaken extensive training in negotiation skills to ensure we achieve the absolute best price for your home.

Community service is also a passion of mine. I am the Vice President of the Camp Hill/Carindale Lions Club, sponsor two Plan children and sponsor a Guide Dog puppy.

Buyer Manager

I really enjoy matching clients to their ideal properties and making the process as easy as possible for them.

My focus is on providing the best service and experience for my buying clients. My specialty is working with clients who need to buy and sell at the same time. During this process, they will receive my ‘Buy or Sell First?’ booklet and we will meet to discuss the change-over-costs. I will provide detailed reports on their next destination including the recent sales and suburb statistics.

As a long-term local resident, I love what South-East Brisbane has to offer in property and lifestyle.
